You Just Plain Didn't Do Anything.

It's not that you didn't do anything actually, it's the fact that it's just a bunch of non-streaming music put together to make a large, space-taking flash.
Next time you make a flash, don't just make some non-streaming 'Jukebox', make something original, or better yet, something original that you can try harder on.

This was a good way to kill some time.

If I'm bored, I know I will search up this game again to play a little.
This was a very original concept that I don't think I have ever seen before, so I can't think of any ways to make it funner, but it was well built.

edit-undo responds:

Thanks for the positive support :)

I thought it was okay, but you can improve.

I personally think that this was far too easy, I like a challenge like half of the other people on Newgrounds, but you could add some more speed to the enemies, more rapid fire, more enemies spawning, and most of all, a wider verity of different types of enemies would be nice.
This was a very well made game overall and I respect your efforts.

I think you should put more effort into it.

The lack of backgrounds, the fact they are stick figures, and the entire point of this was to just add some play button every 30 frames to make it play the movie, on the same frame that it makes it stop on that is.
It's just basically a 'click to move to the next scene since there is no other option to change the Timeline's outcome besides a single button.
I wouldn't really consider this much of a game, but a good run though.

I couldn't stop playing this!

I have seen this on a few other websites before Newgrounds, and let me tell you, this is one work of art. It's so addictive that I couldn't stop playing this.
If this thing were to somehow get blamed (Which it obviously won't to a large extent) I would commit suicide.
Nice job.

Coolio-Niato responds:

Its actually never gotten on other websites before...it was only finished today 10 min prior to submission on NG. Thanks for the review though =)

Great Game!

My best was exactly 2432, I played this for about 10 minutes.

Nicely Done!

This is one rare occasion that I do this in the face of a movie but i think I am going to get up and do the chicken dance!

*Gets up and does the chicken dance*

I am sure this will pass, windorful job, you worked hard on this one I can see.

Ok for starters :)

I would say it's an ok start if you are new to this, prohapse some lessons can come out of this, I have some good ideas for you and suggestions as a flash designer myself. I say this should be saved, nice start.

vivo responds:

Yea :P its true that I am new to tutorial

I will try doing a better one next time =)

Well done!

even though I dont look at a lot of NG tutorials and I have been working with flash for almost 6 years, I know a good flash when I see one!

1. this was worked hard on
2. nice use of movie clips
3. helpful to those who dont know how to use flash
4. it tells you more than what it says it's goin to tell you! (helpful)
5. the preloader is ACCTUALLY real and working (unlike a lot I see)
6. GREAT use of the color mixer!
7. worked more than a day on it (I hope)

Smoking-Chimney responds:

Thanks a lot for the review :D and in answer to number 7, it took about a month in between and around other projects.

Good Job!

you did very well,
I dont usually see things like this around the portal anymore
But I did have some small arguements about this game

Here are some suggestions:
1. Get a better music file (go to vgmusic if you didnt already)
2. make mario run faster
3. make the BG music volume go down to none when the
dieing sound starts playing and on the last frame make the
music go back to it's original volume!
(pretty simple action scrupt to do I do it a lot)
4. make mario throw fireballs (if it's not to much of a problem)
5. make the game side scrolling so the game is not just devided
into a million seperate rooms (gives it more feeling of the
classic mario games for the SNES and NES)

good job overall though!
this will make it through!
don't be surprised if it gets on the top 50's list!!!
if it dousnt make it to the dop 50's list just try
the upgrades I suggested on maybe a second version.

Sinterkaas responds:

Well, I am thinking of making a direct "port" of the SNES game, that means exactly the same stuff on the places of the original etc.
Thanks for the review!

Thanks for leaving nice reviews and suggestions on my games, they really help a lot!
